Carey and Carol Jean are partners in marriage as well as in ministry and have been ministering together in the field of music for liturgy, religious education and prayer since 1972. Together they have given workshops and concerts throughout the U.S. and Canada, Australia, Europe, Ireland and Scotland. Their music is known and used worldwide.

Carey and Carol Jean are coordinators of liturgical music at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Indianapolis, where Carey directs the choir. This grounding in parish ministry enables them to bring to their workshops a deep sense of what is needed at the parish and school levels.

In addition to their music ministry, Carey and Carol Jean both serve as hospital chaplains, Carol Jean as a volunteer. Carey received a master’s degree in theology from the Catholic University of America. Carol Jean received a master’s in education from Butler University in Indianapolis.
